General

These Terms govern the contractual relationship between you (the User) and Bdggame. By accessing the Bdggame Website and using our services, you agree to these Terms, the Rules for participating in Games, and Bdggame's Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the game-specific terms shall prevail over general terms, to the extent of the inconsistency.

The English version of these Terms is the legal basis of the relationship. Translations are provided for information purposes only, and any discrepancy between translations and the English text shall be resolved in favor of the English text.

The Bdggame Member Account

1. Registration and eligibility
   1. Participants must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
   2. Users are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction; Bdggame accepts no liability for use where such activity is illegal.
   3. Bdggame may appoint Payment Solution Providers to process funds on behalf of the User and Bdggame.
   4. Only one Bdggame Member Account may be held by a User. Multiple accounts may be blocked or closed if detected.
   5. Users must provide accurate information during registration and promptly update it if it changes.
   6. Users must select a login name and password and maintain the confidentiality of their login details. Bdggame is not responsible for any loss arising from disclosure of credentials by the User.
   7. Transferring funds to or from other Users or selling/transferring a Bdggame account is prohibited.
2. Deposit of funds
   1. Participation in Games requires sufficient funds in the User's account. Bdggame does not extend credit.
   2. Deposit methods are described in the Payments section of the site and may vary by country.
   3. Deposits may incur charges based on the chosen method.
   4. Bdggame may require additional identity verification for deposits.
   5. Funds in the User's account do not bear interest.
3. Account administration
   1. Bdggame calculates and displays the Reserved Amount and the Available to Bet balance, determining the User's betting limits at any time.
   2. The Available to Bet balance represents unreserved funds available for wagering.
   3. All such calculations are final, subject to manifest error, and are not subject to further inquiry unless required by law.
   4. Once a bet is placed and the outcome is determined, the stake becomes binding and may not be canceled; funds held as a stakeholder cannot be withdrawn at that time.
4. Payouts
   1. Winnings are credited to and held in the User's Bdggame account upon determination of the event outcome or settlement of the market.
   2. If Bdggame credits winnings erroneously, the erroneous amount remains Bdggame property and may be debited from the User's account. If withdrawal occurs before correction, the user incurs a debt to Bdggame for the erroneous amount and should notify Bdggame immediately upon discovery.
5. Withdrawals
   1. Withdrawals may be requested up to the Available to Bet balance via the Website. Requests by telephone or email are not accepted.
   2. A spectrum of withdrawal options is available; withdrawal fees may apply depending on the method used. Details are accessible in the User's account under Withdrawals.
   3. Bdggame may process withdrawals using the same method as the original deposit where feasible.
   4. The User may be required to provide identification documents prior to processing withdrawals.
   5. Withdrawals may be suspended or delayed if irregular or unusual playing patterns are detected, including zero, low-margin, or hedge betting in connection with bonus play-through requirements.
   6. With respect to bonuses, the User may not withdraw deposited funds or winnings obtained via bonuses until the applicable turnover requirement is met; Bdggame reserves the right to refuse or void bonuses for abuse and to suspend withdrawals in such cases.
6. Closing the Bdggame account
   1. The User may close the account at any time. Bdggame will return all funds on the account after deducting applicable withdrawal charges and settling outstanding bets.
   2. repayments will be made using a method chosen by Bdggame, in its sole discretion.
   3. Bdggame may close the User's Bdggame account and refund the Available to Bet balance at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason or prior notice.
   4. Inactivity for twelve (12) months may trigger removal of balances after notice is sent to the registered email address.
   5. Bonuses that remain unused for one month from the date of award may be removed; Bdggame reserves the right to suspend or revoke bonuses and related winnings if bonuses are not used in accordance with the applicable terms.
   6. Using bonus funds on Games not counted toward the bonus program or other improper activity may lead to withdrawal refusals, removal of bonus funds, and forfeiture of winnings; repeated abuse may result in account suspension or closure.

User obligations and conduct

1. User declarations and warranties
   1. The User represents that they are of legal age and legally eligible to participate in the Games under applicable laws.
   2. The User will use the Bdggame Website for genuine participation in the Games for personal recreational purposes and not for professional or commercial purposes.
   3. The User will participate on their own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
   4. All information provided by the User is true, accurate and complete; the User shall update Bdggame of any changes without delay.
   5. The User is solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on winnings under applicable law.
   6. The User understands that participation entails the risk of losing funds.
   7. The User shall not engage in fraudulent, collusive, fixing, or other illegal activities and shall not use software-assisted methods, bots, or automated tools to participate. Bdggame may invalidate or terminate the User's account or the User's participation in a Game for such conduct. Any attempted or actual use of automated tools to cheat or disrupt Bdggame's operations will result in termination or bet nullification at Bdggame's discretion.
   8. The User shall comply with all applicable laws and internal controls relating to deposits and withdrawals, and shall provide documentation as requested by Bdggame.
   9. The User shall not launder money or use proceeds from illicit activity in connection with Bdggame services; Bdggame reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of criminal activity.

Bdggame processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The User consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for the purposes of providing services, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations. The User has rights under applicable data protection laws to access, rectify, or request deletion of personal data, subject to legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

Bdggame reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any substantial changes will be communicated to Users consistent with the nature of the modification and in a manner reasonably likely to bring them to the User’s attention. The Version number and date of the current Terms are displayed on the site and will govern the relationship unless the User elects to discontinue use of the services.

The Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Bdggame operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts or through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism, in accordance with the governing law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Bdggame with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Bdggame may provide notices to Users via the contact details provided in the account; such notices shall be deemed received when sent.
