Withdrawals

Overview

Bdggame's withdrawal policy governs all withdrawal requests from user accounts. By initiating a withdrawal you acknowledge and accept these terms, together with Bdggame's General Terms and Conditions and any applicable local laws. This policy sets out eligibility, methods, processing times, fees, verification requirements and security measures applicable to withdrawals.

Eligibility for Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are permitted only from real-money balances. Bonus or promotional balances may be subject to wagering requirements or may be non-withdrawable in whole or in part.
• Your Bdggame account must be in good standing and not subject to self-exclusion, restrictions, or internal holds that would prevent disbursement.
• Identity verification and, where required, source-of-funds checks must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

Withdrawal Methods, Limits and Availability

• Supported withdrawal methods include bank transfers, digital wallet transfers, and cryptocurrency transfers where available in your jurisdiction and verified account status permits. Availability of methods may vary by country and financial provider.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: €20 or equivalent in your local currency. Maximum per withdrawal and daily/weekly/monthly limits may apply and will be published in the Payments section or shown prior to confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard security and compliance checks. If a withdrawal method is not currently available to you, Bdggame will notify you and propose alternatives where feasible.

Processing Times

• Standard withdrawals to bank accounts or digital wallets: typically 1–3 business days after approval, subject to verification and provider processing times.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: typically 1–6 hours after issuer approval, subject to network confirmations and blockchain conditions.
• Requests submitted after a daily cutoff may be processed the next business day; processing times may be extended in cases requiring additional verification.

Fees and Currency Considerations

• Bdggame does not impose a fixed platform withdrawal fee in normal operation. However, third-party payment providers or blockchain networks may charge network or gateway fees, which may be deducted from the withdrawal amount or shown as a separate charge before confirmation.
• Currency conversion, if applicable, is performed at Bdggame’s prevailing rate at the time of withdrawal and may include a conversion spread.
• Promotional balances are excluded from withdrawal rights consistent with their terms.

Verification, Security and Anti-Fraud Measures

• Withdrawals are subject to security checks designed to prevent fraud, money laundering and other illegal activity. Information and documents provided for verification may be used for ongoing due diligence.
• Withdrawals must be sent to an account in the name of the registered Bdggame holder. If the withdrawal destination name differs, Bdggame may request additional verification or suspend the withdrawal.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and other reasonable security measures may be required to authorize withdrawal requests.

Special Provisions: Self-Exclusion, Restricted Accounts and Compliance

• If you have self-excluded or your account is otherwise restricted, withdrawal rights may be limited or suspended in accordance with applicable rules and Bdggame's internal policies.
• Bdggame reserves the right to withhold or suspend withdrawals if there is suspected fraud, a discrepancy in identity data, or if any payable balance is disputed or under investigation.

Disputes and Appeals

• If a withdrawal is rejected, delayed or reversed, Bdggame will provide a reason and and, where feasible, guidance to remedy the issue.
• You may appeal a withdrawal decision in writing within 14 days of the notification. Bdggame will review the appeal in accordance with its internal dispute resolution procedures and relevant laws.

Data, Privacy and Recordkeeping

Withdrawal-related data is processed in accordance with Bdggame’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Personal data collected for withdrawals will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations.
